Learn Hula Hoop tricks for children ages 7-12 years old.
Class experience
We will cover eight tricks with some fun challenges too. No experience nessasary but do bring a hula hoop. With all of the tricks we learn I show you the trick and then we break down into small steps. Practice makes perfect so I leave you with the skills to build on.
We cover tricks like the hand spin, balancing and the whirlpool just to mention a few. We are looking to expand dexterity and coordination in a fun creative and supportive environment.
Homework Offered
Practice is encouraged. I leave the children with goals until next time!1 - 2 hours per week outside of class

Students will need 8 square feet of space clear of breakables and a hula hoop.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
