Teacher expertise and credentials
I focus on fun challenges and discussions to build confidence, coordination and increase creativity both mentally and physically. As a full time Educational Assistant I know that social skills and movement are important to discuss and practice! That is why I teach both hula hooping and social skills here on Outschool.
Hula hooping became a passion for me three years ago. Someone asked me to try hula hooping and I couldn’t do it! I made my own adult hula hoop and started on a quest to hoop. Soon I discovered that there was so much more to hula hooping! I have found it a valuable tool to develop many skills.
I’m a mom of three teens. My educational background is in Developmental Services Worker, Group fitness instructor, first aid and Non Violent Crisis Intervention / Behavior Management Systems.
Can’t wait to share my courses with you!
