Description
Class Experience
This class is taught in English.
We enjoy learning holiday themed songs! (Halloween, Christmas, New Years, 4th of July, etc..)
Students will receive a new downloadable pdf file each week for daily practice (10 minutes). Consistency is the key for learning. Students are expected to practice daily for at least 10 minutes to get the most out of the lessons.
- 3/4 size STEEL or NYLON 6 string Acoustic Guitar with all 6 strings intact and tuned. - Guitar Tuner either an App or tuning device. The GuitarTuna app works well. - A comfortable (armless) office chair for in-class learning and practice. Piano benches work as well. - Guitar Capo is not required but an essential guitar accessory. These can be found at any guitar shop or online for about $20.00
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Student's are worked with one-on-one during class to insure confidence in lesson prior to practicing.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
- It's best to get your learner into the habit of daily guitar practice. - The duration of the daily practice doesn't have to be long but the consistency is what will make learning guitar as easy and as the most fun possible. - Please connect to the meeting on time. Connection/join attempts after 5 minutes I can't allow as it interrupts the lesson and class.
Weekly pdf practice sheet.
