Welcome to my course! Here your child will learn the basics necessary to begin their guitar playing journey. This class is intended for absolute beginners so no prior experience is required. All that is needed for this course is pencil and paper, a guitar, and a guitar tuner. (Or a smart phone/tablet ready to download a free tuning app.) In this one time lesson, we will cover: - Tuning - The guitar fretboard - Thumb stroke - A simple song By the end of this lesson, your child will know how to begin practicing effectively, and will be equip for future guitar lessons.

Welcome to my Course!
I offer private guitar instruction for all styles of music and at all experience levels. So if you're brand new to guitar, we can begin with a curriculum that I have used to train hundreds of students. Once you have some experience, or if you have already been playing for awhile, we can dive into any genre of music you like, Rock, Jazz, Classical, Metal, etc.
I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BA in Music where I studied the classical guitar. I have been playing the guitar for over 12 years, and have been a private music instructor since 2018.Reviews
