Class Experience

Student will need the following materials to create their acrylic canvas paintings. (Many of these items are readily available at your local dollar store): - Canvas (I use 8.5"X11") - Acrylic Paint (Colors: Red, Purple, Pink, Violet will be use **students may also add or use any colors they prefer) - Q-tips (approx. 10) - Contact paper - Scissors
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Nearby parental supervision will be needed as students will be using scissors to cut out their heart and placing it on their canvas. Students will also be handling acrylic paints, parents may want to make sure students are painting in an area that would be okay to have paint spill. I also suggest putting down newspaper on the students working space before class as it tends to have an easier clean up.
