Class Experience
This 4 week Fitness Flex class is perfect for students who feel more comfortable working out alone or for students who already have busy schedules! It is designed to be a 4 day/week workout routine, and can be done on any 4 days of the learner's choosing. I would recommend something like this, but it can be modified to best suit the learner's schedule: Monday: Strength Day Wednesday: Core Day Friday: Cardio Day Saturday: Stretch Day As a health and fitness coach, I am passionate about working out the RIGHT way. It is so important to learn the correct movements for each exercise to maximize the benefit of the exercise AND to avoid injury. I will provide a 4-week long plan for students to follow and modify to lessen or increase the intensity of the exercises. Techniques to be learned and practiced: -Warm up routine -Strength-training -Core training -Cardio training -Stretching -Cool down routine *Each of these techniques will be demonstrated by me via video in our Nearpod lesson accessible at any time by the student. Each week, I will provide motivational quotes and helpful tips in our class. We will have a new class discussion each week prompting learners to interact with their peers and check in with me on at least a weekly basis. Learners are encouraged to motivate and congratulate their peers during class discussions! Nearpod Lessons will be available to offer exercise demonstrations, monitor learner progress, address any concerns the learners may have, and set and achieve goals for themselves! I will be reaching out individually to each learner through Messenger to get to know them and discuss our combined expectations for this class. Week 1: Strength Training Core Cardio Stretch Week 2: Strength Training Core Cardio Stretch Week 3: Strength Training Core Cardio Stretch Week 4: Strength Training Core Cardio Stretch Each of the workouts is approximately 20 to 30 minutes. There is a Warm Up and Cool Down Routing before and after each Workout. -Before each workout, there is a Warm Up Routine (2-3 minutes): Light Stretching, Jumping Jacks, High Knees -Strength Training Routine (25 minutes): Lunges, Push-ups, Squats, Planks, Jumps -Core Training Routine (20 minutes): Crunches, Side Planks, Sit-ups -Cardio Training Routine (25 minutes): Mountain Climbers, High Knees, Burpees, Sprints, Jogs -Stretching Routing (15 minutes): Child's Pose, Knee to Chest, Quads, Triceps, Figure 4, Cobra Pose -Cool down (1-3 minute): Variety of stretches

Parental Guidance
Please be aware that there are potential hazards (and possible injuries that can occur) associated with physical activity if not properly supervised. Your learner will need an open space to workout, proper footwear, access to water.
