In this small class (no more than three learners), students will receive individual attention as they learn the crochet stitch: triple crochet. This is a great stitch to learn to create many fun and beautiful crochet projects. Before taking this class, students should know how to tie a slip knot, chain stitch, single crochet, and double crochet. (If students do not yet know how to do these, please take the "Beginner Crochet First Stitches: Slip Knot and Chain Stitch," "Beginner Crochet First Stitches: Single Crochet," &/or "Beginner Crochet First Stitches: Double Crochet" classes before enrolling in this one). This class is the next step to learning the fun and useful skill of crochet!
Learning Goals
Students will learn the Triple Crochet stitch.

Parental Guidance
Students will be using crochet hooks and scissors in this class.
Supply List
-Worsted weight yarn (nothing fuzzy, or sparkly as these are more difficult to work with and not a great choice for a beginner) -Crochet hook (sizes I, J, or K are good beginner sizes) -Scissors

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
