HOMEWORK: Each week, students will have new patterns and exercises assigned. Students will be asked to record a video of themselves performing the material and submit it each week.

Class videos will be posted each week along with a transcription of the rhythm/patterns. I will be reviewing students work as it is submitted and will send students tips and encouragement via classroom messages.

For added depth & interaction, students will be asked to do one or more of the following as part of each lesson:
- partake in a "musical scavenger hunt" to find a song that features elements of what they have just learned.
- perform the material to a group of peers or family members.
- demonstrate mastery of the material by teaching the content to a peer or family member.
