Class experience
In this fun beginner beam class, students will learn basic beam walks, turns, and kicks. This class is for students who have little to no experience on the beam. Students should have a small floor beam, gymnastics mat with a line, or a line of tape on the floor. The lesson plan in this class is learner-directed and changes depending on the skill level of each class. Please provide learners with a small beam, floor beam, a mat with a line, or an 8ft line of tape on the floor to practice beam skills.
