Class experience
In this one time course students will learn entry level ballet fundamentals, moves, and terminology while engaging in the discipline of classical ballet. Class is grounded in encouragement and LOTS OF FUN! This class serves as a great extension of my themed ballet courses* WHAT TO EXPECT: Students will begin class with a warmup at barre (or a chair/wall), followed by a short round of light stretching, and an introduction to ballet positions/moves in center floor. Comfortable clothing, water, chair or something to hold onto, and an open space to dance in.
All songs and dances will be age-appropriate. Modifications may be made according to class experience. Adults should make sure their students have room to move safely. With any physical activity, there is risk for soreness and injury, so please monitor your child's physical wellbeing while they are enrolled in dance class!
