Students will build upon their gymnastics skills, while building self-confidence, strength, flexibility, and coordination.
As a gymnast for 9 years, gymnastics coach for 7 years, and a certified personal trainer, I love sharing my passion for health, fitness, and gymnastics with all my students!
Students should wear moveable athletic-wear in order to fully engage in each activity. They should also have a safe space to practice gymnastics, free of any obstacles, alongside a clear wall nearby for handstand drills. A gymnastics mat, yoga mat, rug, or soft surface should be available for performing tumbling skills. A water bottle is also advised.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
