We all need a little calm in our life, and this is the class made for that. In this ongoing course, we will meet 4x/week and soothe our minds & bodies by doing basic meditation practices and slow flow yoga focused on calming our bodies and minds. For this class, the child will be needing an comfy place to relax, a water bottle (optional), and some stretching before beginning. It is VERY important to listen to all instructions and not over exert the body to cause pain or discomfort.
