Description
Class Experience
I completed a 200 hour registered yoga teacher course with a registered yoga school and have taught yoga for over 10 years. I have attended various workshops on kids and family yoga classes. I am looking forward to combining my passion for yoga and love of working with young children in this class.
Little Yogis will need a favorite blanket, towel, or yoga mat. They are welcome to bring a stuffed animal or other favorite item to practice with.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
To ensure safety, I advise students to have an open space to practice free of potential hazards. It is also recommended students have a water bottle nearby and are supervised adequately during the class to prevent injury.
