Class experience

Students will improve their understanding of topics related to emotional intelligence and social skills and have many opportunities for practice.
I am passionate about teaching the skills of emotional intelligence and social skills to young learners. I have always been interested in human psychology and emotional intelligence, which led me to earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, followed by a master’s degree in Counselling. 
Homework Offered
Learners will be encouraged to participate in a weekly challenge where they commit to practicing the skill of the week. In addition, I provide a class summary email to parents after class, which describes the new skill, explains the weekly challenge and any printables required to complete the weekly challenge.

Weekly updates will be provided before class regarding any required materials or pages to be printed (any required items would be commonly found around the home). 
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
