Each week we will create something new in Procreate, Learning all the various tools in Procreate: layers, layer modes, selection and direct select, grid and animation assists, brush libraries and custom brushes, saving files and GIFs and more! We will also learn a lot of art concepts along the way, like color theory, light, value, composition and balance. This is an ongoing class that continues throughout the year. Your student will need: 1. An ipad with Procreate already installed and ready to use. 2. A stylus/apple pencil is recommended 3. A separate device (like a phone, computer or tablet) to join the class. Students should not join the class with the same ipad they are working on.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
