Class Experience

Looking to become a Youtuber? This camp is meant to help aspiring YouTube creators make cool videos. Many kiddos would like to be YouTubers but are unable to just yet. No worries, This camp is meant to be an alternative and help give kiddos a feel of what it will be like when they finally are able to be YouTubers. Kiddos will pretend to be YouTubers and create their own videos and upload them to Flipgrid. During class, we will view each other's videos, complete games, and exercises.

In our first class, we will complete challenges together and practice acting like Youtubers then create a banner together! In our second meeting, we will view videos that everyone created, complete warm-ups, and play YouTube-based games. In our third meeting, students will practice editing and we will learn how to add subscribe stickers and effects to a video. In this final class, students will practice more and play Youtube-based games. They will also receive a fun virtual certificate for completing this YouTube practice camp!

Hi! My name is Ms. King and I specialize in Video Editing in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop Art.

I attended the Charter High School for Architecture and Design (CHAD). After graduating from CHAD high school I enrolled at a sustainability-focused private liberal arts college. I decided to take up Communication as a major and minor in Writing and Documentary Studies.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, a Minor in Writing and Documentary Studies, a TESOL certification, and an Interior Design + Home Styling Certification.

I am an enthusiastic, energetic, and patient teacher. I have educated students of all ages and love creating exciting classes. I put my all into every class and try to make hard topics easy to understand.

I enjoy virtual classes because I can teach children all across the world in different time zones. Although some learners may be in different parts of the world, we are all united at that moment not just through technology but through learning as well!

During my leisure, I love reading and studying. I look forward to meeting your kiddo and hearing about their passions also. Please contact me if you have any questions. Thank you!
