Artists will be guided step-by-step through how to draw a Witches Hat, dangling Spooky Bat, and a Halloween Cat in a jack-o-lantern. In this Halloween Art class we will add shading and detailed to take our drawings to the next level.

There will be 3 detailed videos throughout this Course, guiding artists through three Halloween themed drawings. Each Instructional video will be an average of 33 minutes in length. A close-up image of the original Art will be included with each drawing.Assessment
Students are welcome, and encouraged, to message with a picture of each completed drawing, if they are interested in feedback. Please allow up to 3 business days for critiques.Class Experience
Halloween Edition! Only pencil and paper is needed to create these Detailed Holiday Drawings! I create each sketch in advance, and then teach learners how to create their very own, step-by-step, using simple shapes and lines. With the right guidance and instructions, your little artist IS capable of creating detailed Art! This is a Self-Paced class, which gives learners the opportunity to participate on their own schedule, and at their own pace. Realism is all in the details. Each video will be an average of 33 minutes long, and can be paused as needed depending on how much detail your little artist would like to incorporate. A close-up image of the artwork will also be attached. It's all about having FUN while exercising our creativity! Students will have 'Artistic freedom' to add their own spin on each piece we create.
Learning Goals
While this class is geared towards having FUN while creating, I aim for my learners to leave my classes with a foundation of sketching and shading techniques, as well as some basic skills that can be applied towards future drawings.We will be discussing how to add dimension, creating proportions, contrast, texture, and much more!

over 3 WeeksLesson 1:
Cob-webbed Witches Hat
Why won't a witch wear a flat hat?
Because they see no point in it.
This Halloween hat has it all! We will be learning how to create dimension through shading and overlap in this step-by-step drawing class. We will also be adding texture and spider webs to our hat. Lesson 2:
Dangling Spooky Bat
During this class we will be learning how to create detailed eyes, and how to create layering with shading. This bat is the cutest! Lesson 3:
Jack-o-Lantern Cat
What could be more adorable than a cat sitting in a pumpkin wearing a Halloween hat? We will work our way through these details together, and learn cross hatching in the process. Other Details
