Description
Class Experience
In this live class learners will be able to create a beautiful underwater scene. Using paint, we will be discussing value of a color and tinting paint in order to create the background. Once the paint is dry, in the second class we will be making our marine life using a sharpie. I will give students multiple options so that all skill levels are welcome and all learners will feel successful. Any color paint can be used! I will be teaching step by step and go over directions as many times as...
Students will improve their understanding of value in color, practice painting techniques, drawing techniques, and will be encouraged to utilize their unique creativity.
Learners will need either white tempera or white acrylic paint and then one other color. This will be for the background. Learners will also need a paint brush, sharpie, and a piece of white paper.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
