In this one time class students may make a tree, or make a forest. This is a great option for a younger learner who may not have the skills or patience for a whole gingerbread house!

Christmastime is here! In this one time course, students will be able to create some edible Christmas trees that can be eaten as a snack or displayed as a decoration! During class, we will start with a short introduction and ice breaker, then we will discuss needed materials and ingredients, then we will dive into the project! During class we can discuss favorite holiday activities, treats, memories, etc whilst decorating our trees! Use your creativity with decorations to see what you can come up with! The sky is the limit! During class there will be plenty of socialization time with other students and myself. I prefer a class that's not all mute so we can interact with each other! No previous experience or knowledge needed, perfect for a beginner in the kitchen! Allergen warning** The recipe used in this class may contain wheat, eggs, soy, nuts, etc Parental Guidance** Depending on your student's skillset and knowledge, direct supervision may be required. We may be using a butter knife during class depending on ingredients used.

Supply List
Christmas Trees Ingredients: 2-3 sugar cones Green icing--about 1/2 cup, can be bought and dyed, homemade and dyed, or bought in the decorative icing packages with the decorative tips from big box stores, icing can be transferred into piping bags or spread with a butter knife! Various edible goodies to make decorations on our trees such as--licorice, sprinkles, coconut shavings for snow, powdered sugar for snow, various sizes and shapes of candy for different ornaments and decorations, cereal, raisins, etc. Use your creativity! The sky is the limit! Materials: Cookie sheet for decorating trees on Butter knife as needed for cutting candies or spreading icing
