Calling all Procreate creators! In this one-time course, students will learn how to create wavy hair on the Procreate app. All students will use the same teacher-provided image to use for their creation during this class. After this class, students will have the techniques to try it on their own! I will walk students step-by-step in how to create the beach wave style of hair on the Procreate app. I will demonstrate how to add dimension to add more depth to the illustration. There will be opportunity for learners to ask questions and socialize with their peers while we are creating! (This class is not for your child if they do not want to learn illustration techniques through tracing real photographs. Through practice, students will learn patterns to take these tracing techniques to the next level.) *This class will be most beneficial to students already familiar with the basics of Procreate, like selecting brushes, selecting colors, and adding layers. Procreate is a digital design app on the iPad. Learners will need an Apple Pencil or a similar stylus. *This class will also be most productive if the device that the Zoom call is displayed on is different than the iPad they are using to create. For example, display the Zoom call on a laptop and have Procreate open on their iPad.
