Parental Guidance
Please provide a safe space for movement, where children can sit on the ground, stand up, and lie down without any objects interfering. This camp involves physical activity so please be certain your child is healthy & fit to perform moderate exercise & guided physical activity.
Supply List

Sat Nam. That is how we say hello in Gurmukhi, a language from India used in the Yoga tradition I teach.
For the past eight years I have been teaching both children & women's yoga in groups & individually. Stemming from my background as a classroom teacher I incorporate storytelling into my lessons, and strengthen students bodies, minds, and hearts through movement, songs, and sound.

I am a Certified 400 hour Yoga Instructor with the Kundalini Research Institute, a Certified Early Childhood Montessori Teacher with the American Montessori Society, and a proud homeschooling mama of three, now aged 13, 17 and 23 year old children. My degree is in Human Development and Family Studies & I also have Special Education experience & was a Teach for America Teacher.

Fun fact: I used to ice skate for Disney On Ice and have experience as a figure skating coach. So, as you can see my passion for teaching manifests in many different ways!

Whether I am in the classroom, at home, outdoors, on an ice rink, or here on Outschool with you my goal is to foster meaningful connections with my students, boosting their confidence, and supporting healthy & happy development to succeed big in all parts of life!
