Class experience
This is an ongoing class that will meet once a week. In this course, students will be writing a story. Each week will have a different story theme. The classes in this course do not build on each other. Students may join any week to enjoy writing the story for that week. During each class, students will be presented with a variety of options for their story. Students will be choosing a character, setting, and problem for their story. The learning goal of this course is to give learners an opportunity to be creative in their writing. By the end of each class, students will have a complete story written.
Students will need the following materials for each class: - Graphic Organizer (This will be posted in our classroom before each class.) - Pencil - Notebook or Writing Paper - Crayons (These are optional.)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
