In this session we will go over the 5 leadership qualities that is needed to be a "G.R.E.A.T" leader and dissect each of them by going over a PowerPoint presentation and discussing examples as a group. This class is very interactive and will make the learners smile and laugh, all while growing in their leadership. I would ask learners to give their opinion and feedback on how they can apply what is being taught in their daily lives. The PowerPoint presentation includes videos that reinforces what is being taught to the learners. No prior knowledge or experience is needed for the learner. There is a part of the session that the learner will need to write some things down so each learner will need something to write with and piece of paper close.
