Class experience
In this class, students will learn about bats. We'll answer questions such as: What do bats eat? How many different kinds of bats are there? Where do bats live? When/where/how do bats sleep? Why are bats considered mammals? During the first 20-25 minutes of class, I will read about bats and show slides of bats to the learners. The students will be able to ask questions as we go. Students will learn basic facts about bats and also practice fine motor skills when making a craft.
I have made crafts and taught about bats in a public school classroom setting, in a co-op class, and as a homeschool parent.
