Class experience
Anxiety about starting new things is normal and can even be helpful, but when anxious thoughts get too big and take over our ability to have fun and try new things we need to find healthy ways to cope. This class will be teacher led and a mix of informal discussion and reflection to get learners thinking about ways to deal with fears and anxious thoughts.
