In this interactive tournament, students will gain confidence and have fun as they increase their Basketball I.Q.

Class experience

Day 1: Students are given an Initial Assessment and each individual answer is entered into their profile for my knowledge throughout the class.

Day 2: Students are asked fun multiple-choice video questions. Answers are given in chat. 2 points for every correct answer. I give answers and explanations after each question is answered by students.

Day 3: Continued learning material with a focus on weak areas. Class discussions and Q & A.

Day 4: Continued learning and class discussions about individual positions and professional tips.

Day 5: Post Assessment to determine how much students learned. Discussions and tips on how to have a confident, winning basketball attitude.

The student with the most points at the end of class is the Winner!
A graduate of Tulane University and highly decorated, retired professional basketball player, Coach Reed has been passionate about serving youth and families for over 20 years. He has mastered remote, yet interactive small group enrichment, and has also organized and facilitated after-school programs. With a 5-STAR rating, he has successfully introduced the concept of Basketball I.Q. through Gamification and Game-Based Learning for the past two years on the Outschool platform.
