The teacher is a competitive kickboxer, having represented Canada twice inernationally. As well as a certified Canada WAKO coach, most recently coaching at the Ontario Winter Games.

Details: No formal homework, however students should continue to practice their techniques.
A space area to practice the techniques. 
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
This is an active class, students must have appropriate space to complete the movements and have water nearby.
