Basics of Kickboxing
Class Experience
Students will learn the basics of kickboxing including; proper stance, movements, guards, how to throw straight punches and round kicks. We will combine these techniques and develop combinations. Students will get a great workout while learning some new skills. Techniques will be practiced in a shadow boxing style (unless you currently have a punching bag but this is not necessary). The teacher is a competitive kickboxer, having represented Canada twice inernationally. As well as a certified Canada WAKO coach, most recently coaching at the Ontario Winter Games.

A space area to practice the techniques.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
This is an active class, students must have appropriate space to complete the movements and have water nearby.
