The 1500s are famous because this is when King Henry VIII lived, loved and ruled Britain. We follow Henry as he marries six times, has three children, and changes the official religion of the country from Catholic to Protestant. After he dies, we see a fight for the throne and follow his children as they also make their mark on history. Homework OfferedAn optional homework assignment will be to explore Google map to find locations where Henry lived that can still be visited today in London. A handout will help the students to find these locations.
