Hello!
I teach Japanese at Outschool.
Japanese spoken in the country differs slightly depending on the region. I teach with the one spoken in the Greater Tokyo area.
I have classes for different levels:
PreA1 (Total Beginners)
A1-1 (for beginners with some knowledge of Japanese words or phrases)
A1-2 (for beginners who can write and read sentences with hiragana and katakana)
A2 (for elementary-level learners who can speak simple phrases comfortably)
B1 (for intermediate-level learners who can exchange opinions in Japanese)
To give you a rough idea of your levels:
CEFR JLPT
A1 - A2 = N5
A2 = N4
B1 = N3
*CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
*JLPT (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test offered by the Japan Foundation and Japan Educational Exchange and Services)
I have experience teaching children, college students, and adults in different classroom settings.
Learning new languages widens our perspectives. My classes will help you make new friends and find something interesting in Japan.
Along with studying the language, we will learn several aspects of Japanese culture. I prefer my classes to be interactive, and I welcome various questions from learners.
I am looking forward to meeting you in my classes!
