Description
Class Experience
Students will learn basic cheerleading skills including motions and a cheer.
Cheering is something that I started at a very young age. I have 18 years of experience cheerleading. I cheered from midget league all the way to college. I also have experience coaching and teaching gymnastic classes.
In class, students will learn basic cheerleading motions which they will be asked to practice at home.
Students will need plenty of space to stretch, jump, and cheer. I recommend that students wear workout clothes and tennis shoes during this lesson. Students are also highly encouraged to bring a bottle of water to class. If your child has pom poms, please feel free to bring these to class as well.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students may take this course independently. Parents are always welcome!
