Each week we will come together to show our Baseball cards, drawings, baseball equipment and even Jerseys. As the teacher, I will guide the discussions, ask questions, encourage friendly conversation as well as ensuring that everyone who wants to talk gets a chance. 

Each week I will explain the class rules: 

1. Try not to talk over each other
2. Always use kind language 
3. Don't feel pressured to speak

 Next we will open up the floor for students to take turns showing a Baseball card or Baseball related item (picture, stuffed animal, shirt, baseball jersey , etc.) Each person will be given a few minutes to present and then the other students will be given an opportunity to ask questions or give praise. Lastly, when time allows, I will also share! 

While all students will be encouraged to participate, nobody will be forced or made to feel bad about holding back. Students who are reluctant to speak are welcome to join as well!
