Dogs are usually open to eating most foods, however not all human food is good for your pup! This class uses recipes that include real foods (think veggies and fruit)! Bark Club will meet to make pumpkin pie for your pup and some additional, healthy treats! We will begin with introductions and welcome. Our first treat we will make is pumpkin pie for your dog! This will involve mixing and baking! I will give step-by-step directions. While the treats bake we will prepare freezer treats. At the end of class I will share a couple of additional dog chew treat options.
Learning Goals
Students will follow directions to create two kinds of dog treats.
Students will get to know other dog owners and enjoy social time talking about our pets!

I love baking delicious treats for humans. (Chocolate chip cookie are my favorite!) I have a 1 1/2 year old Maltipoo Cavalier - Honey. (See picture!) She loves to play and eat! We are part of a dog walking community that has a wide variety of dogs: Shiba Inu, Shih Tzu, Dachshund, Golden Doodle, and variety of mixed breed dogs. That means I am familiar with a variety of chewers and over the past year have been getting to have quite a few taste testers.
