This is a one on one lesson for banjo players from beginner to intermediate. The topics that are covered in the session depend on the student's experience with the banjo. I work with all ages by giving them encouragement and the confidence to continue playing the banjo. The lessons can be student-driven if there are any specific songs they are interested or excited to learn. I have been playing the banjo for several years. I played the ukulele for 5 years before that. I enjoy writing my own songs with my husband who plays bass guitar. I have played at many nursing homes as well as at some music festivals.
