Description
Class Experience
In this multiday, 45-minute class, we will complete 10 various ballet exercises to work technique. For exercises, dancers will need a chair or steady surface to hold onto during completion. Students are required to wear either ballet shoes or dance shoes to make the articulation of the feet easier. Form-fitting outfits are beneficial for teacher correction on posturing throughout the exercises. Hair must be pulled back in a pony-tail or bun. The teacher will provide music for the exercises...
-Students will work on their technique by completing various ballet combinations. -Students will work on their extension by completing various ballet combinations. -Students will work on learning their body in space by completing various ballet combinations.
This teacher has completed various ballet classes throughout her 24 years of dance and has performed ballet routines at various venues.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parental guidance is recommended due to the physical nature of this class. Open space and water are required. Ballet shoes are recommended, however not required.
