Can't hold it back anymore! I just want to dance! ! Join us at Virtual Performing Arts Academy and learn some choreography to Frozen's "Let it go" We will start with an introduction, a quick warm-up, and learn some ballet moves. Then, the instructor will go over the dance moves, teaching each part section by section. Students will be able to ask questions, and the teacher will check-in on students and review the choreography along the way. Finally, we will practice the whole dance and do our...
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
As with all dance and fitness classes, there is a potential for injury. Help to minimize this by clearing the area of furniture and other objects. Students should wear clothes that they can move in and should wear closed-toe shoes or dance barefoot.
