If you would like to excel in ballet, gymnastics, figure skating, cheerleading this class is for you. We work on the correct body placement, turn out, core, balance and flexibility. It is great as a PE intensive class. Great workout.
Class experience
Floor barre (Ballet Gymnastics) takes the basic ballet barre training from the standing position to the floor. Taking this class is very important for beginners; it is a great add-on exercise for more advanced students. Actually anyone can benefit from this class since it develops core, improves posture, coordination and flexibility. It is not the easiest class, but very effective one. Students would need some room to move safely. They should wear comfortable clothing for exercise. Yoga mats are great for those who have hard floors Soft pillow to use during exercises on the stomach Camera - I would need to be able to see students legs and arms for timely corrections.
