Beginner Level
In this live, on-going class, learners will play fun and engaging ballet games. Each week, dancers will follow this basic class structure: 1. warm-up with a silly song that focuses on body part awareness and fine and gross motor movement. 2. stretching our muscles by pretending to be animals, characters, etc. 3. learning 1-2 new skills and doing them to music and songs that are fun and engaging. 4. saying goodbye with a fun game of freeze game, singing goodbye ballet, or a learner request. *dancers will receive occasional coloring pages, activity pages, and more!*

Parental Guidance
It is the learner and guardian's responsibility to ensure they have adequate space, proper attire, and a water nearby. This being an exercise class, it is important to inform the instructor of any injuries or limitations. If the learner needs accommodations/extra help, please do not hesitate to contact me. Safety is the number one concern when taking my class. Please be sure to have a clear space, where comfortable clothing, and bring water.

I teach Movement classes in studio and online as well! I have been teaching dance for 15+ years to all ages (18months - adult) as well as Fitness classes to kids and adults. Dance has been a major part of my life for 32 years and I love bringing that passion to others. I've worked with young and old, special needs, low-impact or injured, wheel-chair bound, and all others!
I believe that Dance/Movement is a rare "sport" that is all-inclusive; gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, emotionally stimulating, builds self-confidence, improves discipline & listening skills, and much more.
My family consists of my super supportive husband, my oldest daughter (8) youngest daughter (6), and then the littlest one is 3years old, but he was born 3-1/2 months early. We spent a significant amount of time in the NICU in the city we live in and are forever grateful for modern medicine! Our life has been a rollercoaster and, as crazy as this sounds, I wouldn't have it any other way... mostly. haha!
Being a mama myself, I try to be flexible with my schedule and appreciate the understanding from parents as I navigate our medically complex son's needs as well as two active girls!
