This ballet class is full of dancing witches, silly spooky characters, pumpkins and more as dancers perform all of their ballet exercises acting out a Halloween adventure. Dancers are encouraged to dress up in their Halloween costumes, but please make sure the costume is comfortable to dance in. Students will practice ballet steps that improve balance, coordination and strength, all while using their imaginations and exploring artistic expression, an integral part of classical ballet. Level of difficulty will be in line with the Royal Academy of Dance Pre-Primary and Primary examination levels but no dance experience is necessary. This class is designed for dancers aged 4-6 years.

Parental Guidance
Please have a parent or other responsible adult nearby while your child is participating. Parents will not participate in the class and should remain off camera as per Outschool policy.
During class, dancers will practice their ballet steps like familiar Halloween characters such as ghosts, witches and skeletons. These characters are silly, spooky characters presented as part of an age-appropriate storyline.
Supply List
Students can wear their Halloween costume to class, but please make sure that they are comfortable dancing and moving in their outfit. Dancers need to have a small open space where they can move around. Bare feet are best if your floor is slippery. If students own ballet, jazz or gym shoes they can wear those, but it is not required. Please try to aim your camera so that I can see the whole dancer. The better camera view I have, the more interaction I can have with my dancers.
