Baking Your Own Appetizers: Spinach Mini Quiche

Lets bake our own appetizers for the upcoming holiday season! In this class your student will learn the basics of baking mini spinach quiche. While we will only bake spinach quiche, I will provide your students with other ideas and combinations that they can create using the same method taught in class. These will be semi-homemade as we will be using store bought crust. I will also provide the homemade crust recipe in case your learner would like to make it before class. 1. In this baking...

I enjoy baking and cooking in my kitchen. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge with kids, including my own elementary school son. Baking and Cooking are one of our favorite classes to do together in our homeschool. My second degree is in Culinary Arts and I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Miami. Since graduation, some of my industry experience includes cooking at a Disney Resort as well as Catering for Aramark. I have also owned my own catering and cake business. I have taught cooking and baking classes to both adults and kids online and in person. I am so excited to be able to share my knowledge and look forward to seeing your students in class!
The recipe and supply list will be added to the class the Sunday before the class begins. If your student needs a recipe with substitutions because of allergies, please let me know. I would be happy to provide one.
This is a baking and cooking class and kids will need to use the stove and oven. Parental supervision is recommended but we advise that parents remain off camera as much as possible in compliance with Outschool policy.
