In this class we will go step by step to mix these cookies, form the cookies, bake them. These cookies are so delicious that I have to hide them from my kids and husband to make sure I get some too! The recipe calls for the cookies to be jumbo which is about the size of my adult female hand. They are about 1/2 inch thick and I like to underbake them ever so slightly as they continue to bake while they cool on the cookie sheet. Basic steps we will follow: 1. Clean workspace 2. Mise en place (Gather ingredients) 3. Add ingredients and mix dough 4. Scoop and form dough into balls 5. Bake 6. Smash and finish baking 7. Remove from oven and cool 8. Clean up workspace I will also show students how to freeze extra cookie dough to use at a later date. As well as explain how to thaw them and bake them after they have been frozen.

Please also note that this recipe contains peanut butter, butter (dairy), eggs, and oats all of which contain common allergens.
