In this 2 day class, students will learn to make cake pops and decorate them. This class is beginner-friendly, even the most novice baker will be guided through this class! At the beginning of class, the students should have all of their materials ready and within reach. The students will learn through step by step instructional PowerPoint while I help out any students that need a little more guidance. Each slide will correspond with a step in the recipe. As we make the recipe, we will discuss the different ingredients and methods of mixing needed. Depending on the students' skill levels, the students might finish up with their parents after class but we should finish during class. We will make the cake pops on the first day and then after they chill overnight, we will dip and decorate on the second day. Here are the ingredients needed: Ingredients • baked cake • pre-made icing • cake pop sticks or popsicle sticks • 2 bags of white, red, or green candy chocolate melts (Micheals) Christmas sprinkles or colored sugar for decorating • spoons, 2 bowls, cookie sheet with wax paper
