In this 2 day class, students will bake and create a pumpkin shaped cake. This class is geared towards more experienced bakers but your novice baker will be guided through this class! At the beginning of class, the students should have all of their materials ready and within reach. Homework Offered
Students might be required to bake their second cake on their own if they don't have 2 Bundt pans.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class

For the Cake: 2 white cake mixes 4 eggs 2 cups pumpkin puree 4 tsp cinnamon 4 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp ground nutmeg 1 tsp ground cloves For the Cream Cheese Frosting: 16 oz cream cheese softened 4 cups powdered sugar 2 tsp vanilla extract milk 20 drops orange food coloring Depends on brand used and desired color. For the Stem: ice cream cone if desired green food coloring Student must have at least 1 Bundt pan, preferable 2.
