It's that time again! Time for cinnamon and pumpkin and family gatherings and falling leaves and bonfires. Let's make the most of this season by meeting together in our separate kitchens and baking some sweet, warm, delicious pumpkin bread!

This is one of my family's favorite fall recipes. We have it often for breakfast or dessert and almost always give some away to friends and relatives. It's the perfect dish to take to neighbors and give as teacher gifts!

When you enroll, you'll find the printable recipe/ingredient list waiting for you in the welcome post in the classroom. Please print it out so your learner can reference it while grocery shopping and during our class.

This is a live class, so I'll be measuring ingredients, mixing, and baking right along with your learner! You'll notice that pecans are listed as optional, so your learner is welcome to add them if they wish. I usually don't add them to mine, but we will demonstrate when to add them while we're baking.

Allergen Warning:
1. Pecans are an optional ingredient in this recipe. Please exclude them if they pose a problem for your learner's health.
2. This recipe includes white flour, eggs, pumpkin, and various spices. If your learner has any food allergies or special dietary needs, please contact me so that we can create a baking environment best suited to your learner.

I'm looking forward to seeing your learner in the classroom and baking together! Please let me know if you have any questions.
~Ms. Katie
