In this class we will learn how to bake a Pizzookie, which is a term for pie-cookie. This dessert is easy to make, cook and requires less than 15 minutes to bake. Let’s learn to make this together and enjoy the messy process of baking!

Class Experience

Students will learn how to bake a Pizzookie by: following recipe instructions, adding the necessary materials and baking the Pizookie in the oven at the correct temperature and time! 
1/2 cup butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, 1 egg, flour, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips. Extra: ice cream and chocolate sauce for the Pizzookie
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
WARNING: Please be aware of possible allergens such as nuts, wheat, dairy, eggs, or soy.

Parents will need to supervise the use of the oven for baking the Pizookie. The oven will be set at 350 degrees and will need to cook for 12-15 minutes. Cooking time is added in the lesson.
