Welcome to our Born Baker Brunch Class on Outschool, where we're raising the bar on baking and pastry instruction! Our professional chefs are dedicated to providing your learners with top-quality culinary education that's both fun and engaging. Join us every other week as we embark on a delicious journey of breakfast and brunch items, perfect for learners of all ages. While we welcome bakers of all levels, we do recommend that younger learners have adult supervision in the kitchen. During class, we'll be making a variety of mouth-watering breakfast and brunch items, including vegetarian, vegan, and nut-free dishes. We love accommodating dietary restrictions, so please reach out to us before class if you have any questions or concerns. We take a collaborative approach in the kitchen, where learners work side-by-side with our chefs to create delicious treats. Recipes will be shared on Mondays before the live session, so you have ample time to prepare your ingredients and mise-en-place before we begin. It's essential that your learners come prepared and show up ready to go! They should have all their ingredients pre-measured and ready to cook or bake when they join the live session to ensure we have enough time to complete all of our projects. As passionate chefs and pastry instructors, bornbaker.com has been teaching for over 16 years, including the last 5 on Outschool for little learners. Our classes offer the perfect opportunity to learn and master techniques in culinary and pastry arts. We're always eager to hear from you and improve our classes, so your honest review of the class itself, and feedback at the end of the course is highly appreciated. While we understand that sometimes life happens and you may miss a class, unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds except in the case of an emergency (on a case-by-case basis). However, we'll provide a clear and concise video of the process inside the classroom, so your learners can re-make these treats whenever they want. We will be using inventory and equipment where you may feel more comfortable supervising your young learners. Sharp knives, electrical appliances, hot stovetops, and ovens are all tools we employ.
