In this one week camp class we will bake 4 amazing cookies. 1. Sugar Cookie with Icing 2. Chocolate Chip Cookie with a twist. 3. Ube Crinkle Cookie if you can’t find Ube in your area, I’ll give you a substitute for the Ube 4. Funfetti Cookie A list of ingredients and supplies needed will be posted in the classroom in advance so that students may prepare to have their ingredients for the class. We will be measuring out ingredients together, there will be a few ingredients that will be needed to be pre-measured at the start of class . Students should have all the supplies ready at the start of class if they plan to participate. If students would prefer to watch and refer to video at a later time, that is fine. They just need to be respectful of the students who are participating in class. Can’t wait to meet you in your kitchen to bake up cookies. Depending on how many learners we may go over 5-10 minutes. Parental Guidance
Younger learners may need help turning on oven and removing hot pan from their hot oven. We will be using a hand held mixer, or stand mix whichever one is best for your learner. Please be available for younger learners if they need your help. If your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact me and I’ll suggest something in place of it.

All recipes will be give at the end of class, they do not need to be print as I like to keep everyone at the same pace. Supply list will be posted days in advance is the classroom tab.
