Class Experience

Students will learn about pan de mallorca, how to separate eggs, and gain more general kitchen knowledge.
Students will shape and bake the dough on their own after it has risen.
Flour (bread flour for traditional mallorcas but all-purpose flour is also excellent in this recipe)
Sugar
2 sticks Butter
8 Eggs
instant yeast
salt
milk
water
powdered sugar

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Students will melt butter in a microwave or on a stove top, and also bake in a hot oven. I recommend an adult place the rolls in the oven and remove them.
