In this 4 week class, we will be learning how to bake some delicious quick breads. A quick bread is a bread made with a fast action rising agent, such as baking soda or baking powder, instead of yeast. We will discuss the basics of baking: accurate measuring, how to choose ingredients, and baking techniques. This is a hands on based class! It is designed to be fun and informative. Students will answer weekly questions about their knowledge on the recipes and share their experience, as well as photos of their finished products with classmates.
Recipes will be supplied prior to each week's class
