Class Experience
In this self paced course, students will make four different pie recipes: Chocolate Pie, Apple Pie, Pumpkin Pie, and Cheesecake. The students will make the recipes with the teacher's instructions (in the videos). The students will also be encouraged to post a picture or video to share their desserts with the teacher. I have been cooking and baking with my mom since I was a young girl. My mom, a professional baker, has inspired me to be creative in the kitchen. I now share my love of cooking and baking with my own children (and my family and friends). I am excited to share my love of cooking and baking with other young home chefs as well.

Frequency: includedFeedback: includedDetails: Students will be expected to follow the recipe to make a different pie each week. The students will also be encouraged to post a picture in the classroom to share their pies with the teacher.
The students will make four different recipes by following the instructional videos. For each recipe, the students will be given a list of the ingredients and tools needed. At the beginning of the course, students will also receive a shopping list for all four recipes.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Parents, please be advised of the following potential hazards: use of oven/stove, and the risk of allergens. Parental guidance is encouraged.
