Description

Class Experience

Students will learn to bake a new recipe each week, and also learn about British food, traditions and geography at the same time.
I have been baking for as long as I can remember, and love to share my bakes and my recipes too.
Just in case we don't have time to fully bake the recipes, you can finish baking them afterwards.
The ingredients will be posted in the class each week. Most of the recipes use basic ingredients such as milk, butter, eggs, sugar and flour, plus a few extra things like dried fruit, spices, baking powder, apples, and breadcrumbs.
1 hour per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
As this is a baking class and we will be using a hot oven and other kitchen equipment, it is essential a parent is on hand to supervise.

These bakes contain flour, eggs and dairy products; if your child is allergic to these ingredients, this class will not be suitable for them.
